We believe in doing business the right and legal way. We are honest with our selves, and most importantly to YOU, the customer. When you file an insurance claim the main value you should seek in a company is TRUST. It's not about price, the price on every claim is, BY LAW, your deductible. Therefore, you need to go with a company or contractor that is trustworthy and honest about the process and their work. If there's any company or contractor offering FREE deductibles or waving in any way they are breaking the law and lying to your face. If you want to choose someone that lies to you before you hire them, then WE are NOT your contractor. We like to be honest before, during, and after the roof is approved and build.
Filing a claim is a stressful and time consuming process. We like to be there for you from the get go. You not just paying for the build, but for customer service. We make the insurance claim process easy and stress-free top you. We help you file the claim, meet with the adjuster on your behalf, and make sure they don't underpay until is time to build the roof. After the build, we handle all the paperwork & documentation needed so the insurance can release an proceedings there may still be owed to us. We are there for you before, during, and after the build!
When is time to be build your roof, our crews are trained to leave your property as clean as possible. We use The Catch All System to help with keeping your lawn as clean as possible. After each build the crews will do magnetic sweeps around your home to pick up as many nails as possible. During our final walk inspection, usually a day or 2 after the build, our project manager will also do a magnetic sweep to get those nails left behind. Although we can't promise you wont find a single nail, we take it serious on helping keeping your property as clean as possible.
We offer a 5 year and a 10 year workmanship warranty. We stand behind our work and warranty on ALL of our jobs! We are here for you after the build for any problems due to workmanship. We want you to have a peace in mind when its time replace your roof!
